Build the next few
months to build your group! You need to find excited people who
catch the vision of GEM Lifestyle. If you have to push them to
join then you are targeting the wrong people. Look for people
better than you and remember if you find a potential star then
introduce them to an Associate who is experienced in Network
Marketing.
This way they can
get all their questions answered correctly and positively, do
not try and do it all yourself. In 3 months, this will be a
very different company; you need to be building your business
now so you are ready for the
future.

In our industry it’s not just
about offering support but also about physically giving
support to everyone. What you are prepared to give, in
return will become an investment. Due to the nature of our
organisation this effort will be returned to you many times
over. However you and only you can start the ball rolling,
this may not be the traditional way of doing business but
it’s sure to pay off. It is of course a lot easier to sit
back and expect everyone else to do the work without any
effort. This will work in some cases but never for any
length of time, as it is short minded and thus short lived.
So all I can add is, there is no better time than now to
act - today is the first day of the rest of your life, and
you are the only one who has the power to decide how your
future will turn out!

The most successful Network Marketers
are ones that are not just recruiters but leaders. What
do I mean by a leader? A real leader is someone whose
interest in a new Associate does not stop with
recruiting. Their goal is to make money of course, but
they know in order to do that they need to develop
people. The leader has learned that the real key to
succeed in network marketing is not getting them in -
it's keeping 'them in’ and developing them into leaders
who will do the same. It is this duplication which is the
key to the
business.

advice?

themselves. Find the successful people and talk to them. Then
remember to take their
advice.
